funny man,,,why you ... funny man,,,why you guna get hurt,,? i didnt say use terrible form,, i just think people concern bout form to much...how simply is it,, it takes 2 seconds to get decent form,, then every rep from there your creating stronger neurological path ways between the brain and the sliding filiments. so go and watch some jason huh quater rep training and talk bout form then.

Not bad demo dude ... Not bad demo dude but 1. Why would you demo without your top on? 2. Your stance for any? bicep curl should be legs open and knees slightly bent, it gives you more stability when your body wants to begin the swinging action which takes the effort away from your bicep. Seen worse in the gym though
